In order to improve the quality of training and education, the performance of service and combat tasks by the personnel of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the introduction of advanced experience in the service and combat activities of troops, the improvement of the educational and material base, the coverage of rationalization work, the organization of logistical and technical support of units and formations by the Military Institute of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2011, the release of scientific andeducational magazine «Kazakhstan Republikasy Ulttyk ulany Askeri institutyn Khabarshysy – Bulletin of the Military Institute of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan». Categories of the journal: Theory of National Security; History, tactics and operational art; Equipment and weapons. Military rear; Theory and methodology of education and upbringing. The periodicity of the publication is four times a year, the circulation is at least five hundred copies, since August 2011 41 issues of the magazine have been published. The publication is sent to military universities and military units of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The journal has the serial number ISSN 2223-5809, the certificate of registration of the periodical and the information agency No. 14996-Zh dated December 12, 2014. By Order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 698 dated October 02, 2019, «Bulletin of the Military Institute of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan» is included in the list of publications recommended by the Committee for Control in the Field of Education and Science for the publication of the main results of scientific activity. By Order of the Ministry of Education and Science No. 2 DSP dated February 11, 2021, the journal is included in the list of publications recommended for publishing the main results of scientific activity in the direction of «National Security and military affairs». On October 28, 2022, the scientific and educational journal «Kazakhstan Republikasy Ulttyk ulany Askeri instituttyn Khabarshysy — Bulletin of the Military Institute of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan» was renamed into «Kazakhstan Republikasy Ulttyk ulany Akademiyasyn Khabarshysy – Bulletin of the Academy of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (received a certificate of registration of the printed publication, information agency and online publication No.KZ73VPY00058079). Assigned a new ISSN 2958-5694 (for the printed version of the journal) 2958-5708 (for the electronic version of the journal). By Order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education No. 188 dated April 28, 2023, the journal is included in the list of publications recommended by the Quality Assurance Committee in the Field of science and Higher Education.
